Delivery costs

Standard delivery: R120 across South Africa.

Larger items may attract an additional delivery charge, which we'll confirm before payment.

Free collection

Free collection is available from Athlone, Cape Town, by prior arrangement.

We'll contact you to arrange a convenient collection time and share the exact address privately once confirmed.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders to major centres should arrive within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Deliveries to regional or outlying areas may take a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

We'll send you tracking information once your order is on its way.

Exceptional delivery locations

In rare cases, remote or difficult-to-service locations may attract additional courier surcharges. If this applies, we'll contact you before dispatch to discuss the options. You can choose to accept the additional charge or cancel your order for a full refund.

Special Orders

Delivery for Special Order items is quoted individually, based on the item's size, weight and delivery destination. We'll confirm the delivery cost with you before you place and pay for your order.
