How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is R120 across South Africa.
Larger items may attract an additional delivery charge, which we'll confirm before payment.
In rare cases, remote or difficult-to-service locations may attract additional courier surcharges. If this applies, we'll contact you before dispatch to discuss the options. You can choose to accept the additional charge or cancel your order for a full refund.
Delivery for Special Order items is quoted individually and confirmed before you place and pay for your order.
Can I collect my order?
Yes! We offer free collection from Athlone, Cape Town, by prior arrangement.
We'll contact you to arrange a convenient collection time and share the exact address privately once confirmed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders to major centres should arrive within 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Deliveries to regional or outlying areas may take a little longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
We'll send you tracking information once your order is on its way.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll arrange the appropriate next steps, including collection or return where needed, at no cost to you.

We look for toys and gifts with good play value, thoughtful design and lasting appeal. We favour things children can genuinely enjoy and return to, rather than filling the shop with endless options.
